Dr. Yinka Akin-Deko, MD MBBS CFPC MRCGP, is a Family Physician in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with expertise in dermatology and a strong commitment to health equity within the Black community. Our moderator, Sharon Davis-Murdoch, H.B, MA, C.M., is Co-President of the Health Association of African Canadians and a Member of the Order of Canada. She is a devoted advocate for social justice, dedicated to improving culturally competent care and health outcomes for racialized communities.
