Taken from one of Alan Blotcky's articles on the subject (he's of course refined further since then): 'There are 5 common beliefs that motivate a parent to lodge a false allegation of abuse against the other parent. If any of these beliefs are discovered, the allegation of abuse is likely false. 1. "If you don't want me, you don't get your child either." 2. "I'm scared our child will love you more than me and will want to live with you." 3. "I hate you and I want to exact revenge on you." 4. "I need my child too much to tolerate you having an ongoing relationship." 5. "Our child has a stepparent now and you are not needed."'

Right off the bat u can tell this guy doesn't 100% understand parental alienation when he says parential alienation is when one parent intentionally and purposefully tries to sabotage a relationship with the other parent because in lower levels and moderate levels some parents don't even realize they're doing it. I mean I know MOST alienating parent KNOW EXACTLY what they're doing but this definitely isn't the correct definition

Enforce Parental Rights first, an get the pseudo-science and judicial irresponsibility OUT of the Family Destruction business. "He has a full-time forensic practice focused on divorce, child custody, parental alienation, false allegations of abuse, and best parenting arrangements" Useless. Let police enforce POSSESSION ORDERS with tickets, fines, and Jail. Even "Temporary Orders in Family Law Cases" say to follow the current Orders. Simply ENFORCE THEM!!!

You are trying to explain for this self proclaimed expert. Trust me We know what extreme PA is. The other parent would rather see me dead or falsely imprisoned on any false accusation. (I have that in writing by the other parent multiple times) “So he doesn’t have to worry about me”. I can guarantee that he is not “worried” about me in a traditional sense. The GAL & DFS case workers have refused to investigate the other parent. Despite me being a parent in this state for over 15 years with no dfs issues. I got a full protective order against the other parent May 2018 his harassment including wishing me dead ☠️ repeatedly and many other horrible things in front of our 2, 6, & 7 year old. I got the order bc it was affecting the kids. I wanted him to stop, it was affecting the children. I couldn’t just continue to ignore him when he was saying it in front of the children and to them. I have evidence, emails texts videos and witnesses to this. As well as the other parent saying the most horrible things about me to the children. He violated protective order within a month I made a statement and thr statement disappeared, it’s not on file, not long after I made statement with evidence and witnesses info to violating PO I had DFS and the cops show up to my house with false allegations that made no sense. I tried to cooperate I showed the protective order and why I got it. That same officer harassed me for the the next 7 months, making bizarre well child checks. There was no reason to Ask for a well child check, kids came home from school, we had been home ate dinner it was a boring Tuesday…. But I knew something was not right bc their was absolutely no reason or interaction with anyone. It happened multiple times and only by that same officer. The same officer who then falsely arrested me, violated protective order and I have evidence and witnesses to this. also the other parents x fiancé who was with him at this time and left 2 years later emailed and apologized to me and admitted that cop was a good friend of hers and the other parent used that friendship and had these people that knew nothing about me except what false accusations and allegations he’s made about me. He had manipulated an officer and dfs workers and teachers and other employees that worked at the school. This has continued since 2018 he has called Dfs and made blatant false accusations in less than 5 years he has made more than 15 false accusations. He has also made false allegations & statements to the police and in a police report with the sole purpose of getting me falsely arrested. I have proof of this. Alan Blockty you want $4000 to help a mother who is a full time mother to my 3 year old and 3 children aged 7-11 yrs old that the other parent is doing anything and everything to hurt me. He is not just satisfied with me disappearing he wants to hurt & destroy me. I have evidence of this and I couldn’t just leave my children but I can’t even think about that bc it’s not even an option. It would not stop his behavior and using/hurting the children to hurt me. He has no care that he is hurting the children the worse and causing emotional and psychological issues that can affect them well into adult hood. His behavior and manipulation of our children have caused our son and daughter to have suicidal ideation at the age of 5 & 9, and his behavior has only worsened with no help from GAL, caseworkers, school employees, law enforcement despite having video of him saying horrible abusive things in front of the children to me, emails, text messages, several witnesses. I have letters from dfs stating my x has sole custody. He does not, but tells every one he has sole custody including police, dfs, their school and when dfs mistakenly believed his word despite me offering them evidence of custody stating that is absolutely false he also makes social media and Facebook statements that he has sole custody however I have a custody order and parenting plan signed by judge to prove otherwise. He just tells everyone I’m lying. He has been working on this for years and they take his word as fact. I have the letter just sent in January stating he has sole custody and won’t be sending children to see me. After I emailed caseworker evidence that not only is he lying about having sole custody the neglect allegations that he called dfs to blame me I had actual evidence to prove that he was guilty of neglect and not only was it impossible for me to neglect the kids bc they’ve been in “care” and he’s kept them from spending time with me for months and then finally let’s the children and I spend time together and calls dfs with false accusations. They refuse to even acknowledge receiving email and have for years. I’ve tried going to police and to the prosecuting attorney and nothing. I’ve been physically attacked by his grandma who he had hide our daughter during time she should have been with me and his grandma cited his false allegations for physically/verbally attacking me while my 2 year old and 6 year old were near me. She also attempted to get me falsely arrested until she realized I had her attack on video including before the attack. I don’t feel safe trying to get my children from him or his friends as they all live in the country and own weapons. Alan was rude did not care about anything except getting $4k to help me gather evidence, organize it and make his own detailed timeline. Yes I need help but I have it all there is just so much. He claims he’s writing a paper then I would think he’d want to talk to us parents that are victims of severe PA.

No “Alienated Children” KZbin page. He doesn’t care he wants money. When I reached out to him a few months ago he was rude & only cared about getting $4k help me lay out my timeline. I’m a victim of extreme PA. He’s writing a paper about PA yet couldn’t care about any detail except getting $4k when he made that clear pretty early on I did not reply or want anything to do with him and he continued to be rude and act as a bully. FFS.

What did you expect? These PA lawyers are preying on parents because they know they can get them to cough up a lot of $$$ since PA sells like 'hot cake' these days in Family Court. Personally I don't believe the PA allegations because they are brought up against a parent is being protective of his / her child.

Please read the over thousand peer reviewed scientific papers on Parental Alienation, and do you know that the Dail is going to act on the reality of PA even Womensaid admit it happens to their users. Have you ever spoken to an Alienated Mother, Grandparent, Father or most importantly a Child (now adult) who has been alienated? NO so is your opinion really Valid? Any research on an a domestic violence issue such as Parental Alienation must involve primary research with those who experience it and not heresay or myths.

Parents' role, biological AND legal, remains foremost in ensuring their children's safety and well-being. Psychology and the way psychiatry gets practiced is based upon Local Values, and in USA, that means sexually repressed, with overly religious need to judge, condemn, and punish. If you have not lived abroad or deeply learned another language and culture, at least look up World Index On Morality (Madrid 2018, 2019, 2020) to see USA gets 30 out of 100 in the column "sexuality indicators." With your exaggerated child-centric assertions of "abuse," you only offer more evidence of support about what I just wrote (if anecdotes could prove! LOL) You take the "Parental" out of PA and get left with hearsay, bad science, incompetent therapy, huge legal fees, increased antagonism and hatred AND you lose your kids, and possibly your Rights to parent. POLICE should enforce those ORDERS in the doc in your glovebox, and problem solved, you parent your own kids as you see fit.

Unregulated “Parental Alienation experts” and harmful treatments" and goes on to gut Warschak's costly Family Bridges. You could also look for a South African scholarly article about an "epidemic" of Parental Alienation" due partly to incompetent Protective Services. PROTECT PARENTAL RIGHTS BY ENABLING POLICE ENFORCEMENT, in all the minutia of ORDERS meant to keep both parents involved, and we will avoid the subtle (instinctual?) tactics that warp young brains into rejecting, and even hating, their non-abusive, competent parent. True abuse often does NOT lead to rejection! You and I wage battle on the same enemy, but you are scaling the ramparts while I'm already inside, sort off.
