Hi siddharthasharma1603 :) No, deactivated products don't need to have SKUs since you are not going to use them (products) anymore :) Take care :)

my question is that, before connecting the inflow to xero, I do need to create xero account and set up the accounts and inventory item, or inflow will automatically setup my xero account?. thanks alot

hi there! great question. You will need to setup your Xero account first before connecting with inFlow. When inFlow pushes the invoices it can create the products for you inside XERO, but your other details like Taxes, and Accounts you want to use will all need to be setup in Xero first before making the connection! ^PT
