Melissa Collins -- 2022-23 Tennessee Teacher of the Year and recipient of several awards including Amazon Future Engineer Teacher of the Year, National University Award, Harriet Sanford Award, Global Teacher Prize Finalist (Top 50), the Horace Mann Award for Teaching Excellence, the Presidential Award for Excellence in Science Teaching, the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) Sylvia Shugrue Award, and the NSTA-Shell Urban Development Award.
