Does including Analytics/Event Tracking and SEO considerations a best practice, typically asking their respective owners to fill in the details or should they be separated out? What's the best practice ? Also, what about configurations that might be needed, say for example a CMS update. Where should that be noted?

UX designer trying to understand. 'Double-tapping' the image is very much a solution. I come from Goal Directed design where your requirements, at least at the very beginning, would be something more like, "ability to like an image" and that's it. It would be up to the designer and dev to then figure the best mode for that. Are these Instagram example requirements after all that has taken place?
