I thought the AVM is for the AVM section of Realist Tax only. I've never seen it effect appearance on Zillow and other sites. I'll check into that further. Thanks for mentioning that.

Des anyone know what the "Agents No Input cannot make a listing Active or enter a Coming Soon Listing." error code means? it is when I am trying to make a listing active

im a new agent and i'm going to have my very first listing. How do i find information to fill out the features? Is this something I ask the seller?

It's a mix. You can get a lot of the information from tax records or a previous MLS listing for the subject property. I'd verify any information obtained from a previous MLS listing to be on the safe side. Builder documents like house drawings can provide a lot of the info. You can check/measure the property directly for all of the details that aren't in public records or have your client do it.
