Dear Doctor, thank you for having these lectures on here. I found this very helpful. I wonder if you could help me with something I am having trouble understanding. I have a 10yo female patient - skeletal Class 2 with a high mandibular angle and a slightly increased lower face height. If I use a twin block to correct the Class 2, will this increase her lower face height and is there a way that I can avoid this when using the twin block? Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer.
