Hi Sir Mr. X is SBO in a XYZ private limited as he is karta of a HUF and HUF is holding shares in XYZ Limited. Now Mr. X and HUF both transfer their holding to Mr. C and no longer member of the company. Is Mr. X is required to File BEN-1 with company and the company file BEN-2 to ROC. if yes, Then BEN-1 ask details of member of Reporting company, earlier details of HUF were filed but now HUF is not a member nor Mr. X, pls guide
