@@MichaelQuinlan-s5k In many cases, part of the agreements have language built in where both agree not to speak about the case or the other party. Also, many of the cases are sexual harassment and issues similar that many just don't feel comfortable talking about and having in a video that they constantly have to see that could trigger them or continue to inflict the pain of the abuse.

Thanks Mr Spiggle for taking the time to make this video. I have been looking for video content to help me and majority of the time when you call an employee attorney, you get an intake person who asks less than a handful of questions and then hangs up. Only to figure out that a few simple things needed to show it’s a great case

Where are you? The statue of limitations is 180 for most cases. 300 for some related to government...

I did my intake interview and I was sent a prepared charge to "sign and submit". How often can I "amend and submit" the charge before I finally "sign and submit" it? I keep forgetting to write the many racial discrimination incidents I experienced. I have already amended and submitted it once, and amended it again, but realized I forgot to write some complaints. I hope you understand!

PIP question! I got put on one after reporting a big mistake i made while filling my former supervisors job without any written documentation that rhe responsibility was officially mine. Would an employment lawyer be interested in helping?

Is it illegal for a company to retaliate because you complained to hr? About many issues on a team, only asking to be put on a different team? They did put on diff teams, but drastically cut hours and wont give hours where there are plenty available?

Question: I’d never heard of FMLA until HR advised I take it & now I’m being treated horribly after returning to work. If I told you, you’d never believe me. It’s a huge company so I’d think they wouldn’t do something like that but they’re really harassing me. It’s nuts. Like my mgr wrote me up for not asking permission to attend a meeting that he literally scheduled for me and put in my calendar. Why did HR tell me to take leave then the company harasses me? Why would they tell me to take leave if they didn’t actually want me to? I was trying to quit because I was in pain. But they made me take leave so I don’t understand.

My Attorney Kevin Little did not ask for PRL nothing for my behalf, although he lied to me that he would. "Leverage to get PRL to settle early with you."

@@cmnola8421 it depends on the claim. Any claims under Title VII, like discrimination or harassment, must be filed with the EEOC. Though some state level discrimination claims can be filed directly in court. Also claims under the Fair Labor Standard Act and the FMLA can be filed directly in court:

What about filing a third Party claim against your boss himself and NOT the employer? on constructive discharge cases? Toxic bosses ect...just because the status of limitations has expired does not mean the status of limitations expired on creating a youtube video about the ordeal....

I am an AT WILL employee with a hotel, and they refused to pay me for my time claimed I volunteered my time at the job. They owe me over a year's worth of work. I also have retaliation being done against me; a coworker of mine was profusely trying to get me fired! Please help, I am in NY. How do I get a lawyer to take this case??

If you work for a State Government. State Employee. 2 State Institutions - Department of Corrections and State Mental Institution have the same exact laws and codes. Men at the Department of Corrections make double the pay compared to the Women at the State Mental Institution. Can I file Discrimination?

@Spigglelaw Thank you. I filed with the Federal EEOC and our Intake is this Thursday. Retaliation charges were also filed because they revoked my Promotion and Pay Increase dated back in October 2022. Also revoked and refusing to me the Retroactive pay increase for almost 6 months now. I did a Supervisor position for 9 months without being paid for it. Also was exposed and contaminated by a Prisoner/Patient's Blood, Feces and Urine. BBP Exposure and they are refusing to pay my Medical Bills out of Retaliation as well. I'm fed up!
