I'm not a state notary yet but I'm getting my license in the meantime I'm taking your course, so I'm fully ready and prepared. A lady did a testimonial she was a black woman living in her carclike myself with no support from family and friends. Just your words and her testimony especially being in my same situation was my sign. I have a college degree and multiple professional licenses in accounting but can't find anyone to hire me. Most lenders & banks are not on board for RON just yet because of the chances of identity fraud. Borrowers are going to need someone to walk them through their loan documents, answer their questions, and notarize certain pages... that requires a loan signing agent. Will AI replace loan signing agent?

Hi Jamie!! This is a great question, but I truly believe the answer is no, AI will not replace loan signing. A notary signing agent is a notary public who knows and understands home loan documents. Then is hired by mortgage professionals to walk a borrower through their home loan documents and gets paid for their skill of making sure the borrower doesn’t miss a signature, date or initial in those loan papers. You need a in person Loan Signing Agent to perform this skill in person!! And Lenders & banks are not on board for online appointments because of the chances of identity fraud.
