I had the free 14 day trial for a few days as I tested WebinarJam. Unlike zoom and others, WebinarJam does not appear to provide a phone number for those who cannot use their PC Audio...Did I miss something?

Hi, is it possible to disable chat among attendees? does it have a reaction toolbar for attendees while the webinar is ongoing? Thanks.. This video is helpful. I am looking for something my company can use.

Hi there Ela, you can disable chat. Not sure about the reaction toolbar, what do you mean with that? There is an Q&A option that is less intrusive then the chat option.

Do my customers every time to register or it's also possible to send only the link or embet it to my member area?

Hi there Patrick, you can create an webinar serie, so that members are always signed up for every webinar. You can’t embed it but streaming to youtube is possible.

And yes you can also share an url that immediately opens the room.

@@Rogier-live ok thanks. If I share the link, it's possible that the link opener puts down his name? I have like a course that contains some videos + a weekly Livestream for the buyers. So right now the people login to my member area and then get the zoom link

I know that this is possible for registration. Not sure if this also works for an direct access link. But actually it can be beter that also members need to sign-up to show their commitment. And it’s made easy when there data is prefilled.

Demio omdat deze net wat stabieler is als ik mijn collega’s mag geloven die met beide systemen ervaring hebben.

@@Rogier-live Ik neig zelf ook naar Webinargeek als ik de reviews lees en de prijs vergelijk. En over Demio hoor ik inderdaad ook veel goeds. Het is iets duurder maar stel dat ik het grotere aantal deelnemers (150 ipv 100) ga halen dan is het dat zeker waard. Ik kijk uit naar je review! En kies voor nu dan wel even Webinargeek.

Yes Rodrigo, my audience in the latest webinars told me the video and audio quality was very good. It’s 99% stable, had one issue last year that the ‘panic button’ could luckily solve. Testing zoom webinars & demio soon 🤙

No you can’t. Zoom webinar can be more interesting for you if you look for webinar software that is also able to stream.

Same we stopped using this software. I have used WebinarJam for 2 years. DO NOT use it. Two reasons. Lately the video has been super lagy and has made many people in our webinar leave and refuse to come back because sharing a pre-recorded video lags out to much. Their support is awful right now, 4-5 days to get a reply and once you get a reply if you have to add to conversation that is an additional 4-5 day charge. DO NOT USE WEBINARJAM in its current for.
