I was looking at the Notos and this Genesis X. I like the fact the Genesis has a bottle. Both regulated, but do you know if either can be tuned higher since they are both regulated?

nice video, the same reason you were getting almost as good velocity out of the nemisis is its rifled barrel and the porting. the same reason i did the same thing with a 1322 back in the day before ten pump maximums.(26 pumps is where i remember it starting to be overloaded). anyway like that pcp, wish they had figured out how to make the pistol pcp .

Hellyeah! I've wanted one of these Nemesis X rifles ever since they came out.. And now there's this PCP version - what is exactly what I wanted even from the co2 version even. Now do not even need to do any conversions from co2 to HPA. 16fpe even seems way good for a thing like this - but I'd love to get a chance to try to get even to higher numbers with this one...

My Nemesis.22 C02 pistol is a favorite. Its deadly accurate and I absolutely love the trigger, which I barely need to touch. I really like the design of this rifle as well. I honestly think that this is a touch under-powered though for anything but closer range pesting. If it were reaching into the 800fps then I would definitely be acquiring one. I see the other comments about this being acceptable at ~80 yards and I get that. But I want to ensure lights out with an accurate shot, so I would like that little more speed for comfort.

Maybe that lower quoted velocity is an error and for the CO2 version rather than the PCP?PCP is always substantially more powerful than CO2 plus isn't subject to ambient air temperature.I don't think that it'd make much difference with a PCP if you fired it in Antarctica or Kenya but with a CO2 it most definitely would (not that you are likely to be on Antarctica!).

Or maybe they are trying to be sneaky for the UK market. That would be under 12 foot pounds instead of 16 foot pounds

I wonder if cleaning the barrel had actually improved the accuracy? Also sometimes certain magazines can effect group accuracy too, so maybe that played a part?
@AirgunChannel5 ай бұрын
The barrel will be damaged if you leave the preservative junk in the barrel. I actually cleaned it before I did any shooting, although I showed it in the middle
@MrRockstar19685 ай бұрын
@@AirgunChannel I didn't realise the preservative could damage the barrel, especially given it is as you say a 'preservative'.

Always enjoy and appreciate your reviews maaan I’m aware that I’m an idjit, but I can’t wrap me head around, how can they make such a really nice product and not offer a version that will bring fps up 200 - to the sweet range? It cannot be that difficult or more expensive. Especially with hot swap reg. Bottle. Or is it really easy to do and my mental state prevents me ?!? 🥴🤷🏼♂️😆

Upgrade mod time. It does say MAX pressure 1300 PSI...so a bigger bottle and higher pressure may be dangerouse. Not sure.
@back_roadsairgunning22005 ай бұрын
Looking mine over, it seems they retained the CO2 cylinder and use it as a plenum, so the reg warning is to prevent over pressurizing the plenum intended for CO2 use only.
