Hello - how does this work? You take all the different angles of the product (how many?) and this software stitches them together? Thanks.
@webrotate3602 жыл бұрын
Yes, it stitches them together and you decide how many images to take / stitch. Usually between 20 to 72. You can find more details in the user guide under Appendix: webrotate360.s3.amazonaws.com/sites/webrotate360/downloads/Resources/Readme.pdf

How many photos does this program needs to create 360? Amount from and to? Or It requires exactly amount of images to upload, for creating 360?
@webrotate3603 жыл бұрын
We usually recommend between 20 to 40 and max 72. You can use pretty much any number of images though. If you go through the examples in this link, we show how many images were used for each example under each view: www.webrotate360.com/examples/browse-all-examples.aspx There're more details in the user guide under Appendix -> Suggested Image Requirements that you can find in the links under the video.

Is it possible if we import .fbx or .stl files it would work appropriate?
@webrotate360 Жыл бұрын
Hi, we don't support .fbx or .stl import in the software directly. But we have just released a Blender add-on that integrates with the software and can help greatly: www.webrotate360.com/products/cms-and-e-commerce-plugins/plugin-for-blender.aspx

Is it possible to open a "preview-jpg" of the product first on the webpage and that the rotation starts on demand (by clicking the preview-jpg)? Because when there are multiple product-rotations on a webpage and they all start to load first, the page gets blocked.
@webrotate3609 жыл бұрын
fit2fly Hi! It should be possible to configure via viewer integration script: for example, you can have a placeholder where you expect users to click (like a div element styled to your likings, i.e custom image background, start button at the center, text, etc) and then activate the viewer inside this placeholder on click or touch. Sample publishing templates inside SpotEditor are configured to load 3D product views right away on page load, but you can change them slightly to do this on a certain user action (touch / click, mouse-over, etc), if this makes sense. We can help with a demo if you send us a request to support at webrotate360 dot com.

Does this software allow you to export (publish) a PNG sequence? From the looks of it the only thing I see this software rendering is a HTML file. I'd love to use this software to stitch together a series of images on a white background, but I would need the option to export a sequence of images after the fact.
@webrotate3607 жыл бұрын
Hi Mike, the software creates a folder with a sample html file, viewer scripts and a set of processed images which can be either PNG or JPG. The stitching is done on-the-fly inside a web browser when user drags images or via playback & rotation controls. There's also an option to create an animated GIF file which is not interactive.. I hope this makes sense! Just let us know if any questions (support at webrotate360 dot com).

@webrotate3608 жыл бұрын
Thanks! You are probably referring to panoramic 360 & 3D videos. Unfortunately we don't support this in our products yet.

I am trying to use demo, and I did path like you did in 5:37 and I want to inverse selection, but "inverse selection" button is not active and I can not do that, why? how can I make that button active?
@webrotate36010 жыл бұрын
There's an issue with the inverse path option on Mac (you are probably using Mac OS X) unfortunately in that this particular function can't work yet due to a limitation in the underlying software we're using on Mac OS X. We have a note on this in our user guide on page 10 at the bottom. PS: we're currently reworking our software for Mac to use native Mac OS X user interface, etc and the inverse option is being fixed as part of this re-write as well.

Why is it not working in chrome?
@webrotate3604 жыл бұрын
Hi Deepesh, when you select Chrome as a local test browser on publish in SpotEditor, we show an info message that will lead to this blog post: www.webrotate360.com/blog/2019/loading-webrotate-360-product-views-locally-from-your-hard-drive.aspx Please check out the post. It will make sense then, I think.

@webrotate3605 жыл бұрын
Drag speed is controlled by the combination of the Drag factor and Rotate period settings under Control tab. Please hover over these settings with your mouse to see more details or find more details in our user guide: webrotate360.s3.amazonaws.com/sites/webrotate360/downloads/Resources/Readme.pdf

Hello, is it possible to show multiple 360-views on a webpage?

+fit2fly Yes, one of the publishing templates in SpotEditor called Multiple embedded views shows how it can be done. This feature does require our PRO license though.

Can you recommend an Android application that I can use to streamline making 36 images of a product with my Galaxy S3 ?
@webrotate36010 жыл бұрын
Hi Marek, we have been shooting product photography with DSLRs here, so not sure. Smart phone lens are not good for product photography though, so if you do it for commercial clients, I suggest to consider using a DSLR with a decent lens.
