WireGuard is a good way to get started with a mesh VPN. I run it on my TrueNAS Scale server and it does its job. However, one HUGE shortcoming is that you can't specify IP/Network excludes in the config. This makes setting up a "catch-all" configuration very difficult. For example, if you want a specific client to use the VPN for all of its traffic except a specific IP or subnet, you have to specify EVERY subnet in the IPv4 specification, minus the IPs or subnet(s) you want to exclude. This is especially useful for clients that are behind CG-NAT and/or double-NAT networks. You can definitely make it work but it's much harder than it needs to be, in this case.

How to change the IP address other the VPS ip? i mean my vps location is USA but i want to use Indian IP

In Networking, under Add Reversed IP you can Reserve an IP Address in your desired Datacenter Region to your Droplet, however you will then need to do further manual configuration as this is outside the scope of the wg-easy script. I recommend, destroying your current droplet and going through this video tutorial once again as DigitalOcean bills you per hour so you have flexibility.
