Really grateful you unboxed for us - a LOT to digest but as ever so well explained! Top of mind for me is reminding people to at mention teams or people is going to be very important, as I can see a lot of important messages getting lost in the combined view - even if they could use read all some might turn off those options to give more real estate..

Thank you Mandy. I will be creating a few shorter videos to use as training / change resources. Hopefully you will find them more useful to pass onto your people. Mentions are still important. But I am finding that it's easier to see the posts that are unread and don't use a mention. The Unread filter picks them up nicely and I can work my way through those posts along with those that include mentions.

I noticed that when you selected both Unread and Chats that you in fact had unread chats, but the panel showed the message that you did not. That's either a bug or a huge UX misstep.

I cheated a little to set up my demo. I used previously read chats and marked some of them as unread. Maybe that’s why they were filtered out. I know some people like to use ‘mark as unread’ as a way of building a to-do list with unread items. This new Unread filter may not work well for that way of working.
