Does anyone know why I would get a required maintenance call on my Webull "cash account" for a GFV? It says I owe $76? I used unsettled funds to buy and sell a stock, but clearly I own those funds entirely (obviously the money isn't fully processed yet).

As long as you own the stock the value doesn't matter. You only lose or gain money when you sell.
