WeCreat 40 watt- camera calibration & lightburn performance

Hi, first of all, thank you for the videos. I've learned alot from you. I know nothing about this. I have a question that I haven't been able to get WeCreat to answer. They give you 6 mos of software but what do you do after 6 mos. It seems like you have to have the software to use the laser. Can you answer this for me

If you are talking about lightburn, you will need to purchase the GCODE license on lightburn's website. You get a key to keep it. You can just buy it straight from lightburn's link in the software,

I was talking about the software that comes with wecreat. I've been watching lots of videos on lasers and they all seem to need a special software. Which is an added cost. I'm trying to find my options and what is cost affective.

i am a virgin in lightburn, how did you get the image of he work area large on your screen? Thank You

Zoom in, I use roller on my mouse

in the upper righthand corner you have the screen of your board..then you have the large view on your work area. Im lost on you saying use mouse and zoom? Thank You

@@markhexamer the camera tab? Not sure I understand what you are talking about. The camera tab shows the active view of the camera

@@TheClackShack I'm sorry I got use to makeit software and I purchased lightburn to be more creative. The large screen of the calibrations boxes that is showing up on your screen..i know theres the small view in the upper right corner but you have expanded that to you work are where you can see it

Did you happen to actually measure the box dimensions in Wecreat vs Lightburn ? Asking, as when I draw let’s say a 2 inch square….and engrave in Wecreat…it is exactly 2”…. but when I do the same in Lightburn… it is not 2” square…. more like 1.8 x 2.1 . I am assuming this is a Lightburn issue ?

Make sure you have the wecreat software closed. You cannot have it open while using lightburn
