[Wed 6-5-'92] State Of Origin 1 [Sydney Football Stadium]

This was a typically bruising State Of Origin game!
There was lots of injuries.
For QLD - Gary Larson carried off on a stretcher, Steve Jackson had a severe concussion
For N.S.W. - Bradley Clyde came off after scoring a try, Laurie Daley knocked himself out in the in goal, and most memorably Benny Elias had the deep gash to his head in which he got 10 stitches and was covered in bandages and blood by the end of the game and his mother was trying to wipe the blood off him].
Result was N.S.W. 14 defeated QLD 6.
