Thank you Father David for the beautiful MASS today, including Austin’s soul stirring acapella chanting. You are so correct about urging us to “do God Will not ours”. While my parish church is very modern and not what I’m used to from when I lived up north, there is a carved wood scene of theAnnunciation. It’s simply a monotone of the Archangel Gabriel and Mary. Adjacent to it is the Divine Mercy image. I try to remember to look at it every day as a reminder that that’s the Will of God. God Bless you and all of your brothers.

You give us a very enlightening and inspiring homily, Fr. David, thank you so much. We always need words of encouragement from our priests to help us stand and strengthen our faith to see God’s will in the daily activities we face in life. Life’s trials, problems and difficulties which are sometimes from others shared to us, are also painful to bear. As we seek answers in prayers and Bible readings, our faith and trust are also made alive as we continue to grow in what we believe can save us. The role of St. Joseph as Mary’s husband and foster father of Jesus, teaches us profound obedience to God’s holy will. This is indeed a great example to follow that the words of God will always have a permanent place in our hearts. Our goal is heaven and hope that someday will be with them forever.
