Oh Father Anthony, you gave us so many beautiful nuggets during Mass today. I was actually listening while driving along the beach, after bringing a family member to the airport. That's right, no white Christmas here in South Florida, BUT I was treated to an early December snowfall during my visit to Stockbridge. I wish I'd had a loudspeaker to play your homily as I was driving along the beach, for all to hear your words of wisdom. All I could see at 11:00 am were gaudy decorations, a giant SAND (snow)MAN, lots of tempting signs advertising HAPPY HOUR, and I just shook my head. Hey that was me a couple of years ago too, so I acknowledge that I need to go easy and lose the pride. I am so grateful that our Father set me straight, in Naples, Florida, as a matter of fact, by my chance encounter with Father Chris and Father Kaz in March/Lent of 2022. I think that it was Fr. Matthew yesterday who urged us to be aware of the signs of God's grace and always be open to it. I pray that all those who are enjoying this snowless Christmas on the beaches and cruises will have some kind of encounter with the real meaning of Christmas, and be open to the real message of the PRECIOUS GIFT He wants us to have. Maybe getting hit over the her with a coconut in a tropical climate, figuratively speaking, is the best thing that can happen. May God's blessings be with you Fr. Anthony at Christmas and always.

As usual, we left for Hutchinson Island Florida USA for the Winter break at God’s Will and Grace effectively from 12/12/2024 after returning from Rome Italy as to Witness of the Elevation and Installation of Our Dearest Archbishop of Toronto His Grace Francis Leo to the College of Cardinals by His Holiness Pope Francis on 06/10/2024 and 08/12/2024 respectively as Consistory with Delegation. It was a Holy Joyous Celebration event for all, especially Francesco Leo and Msgr, his relatives whom he met upon returning to Italy after 71 years of leaving Italy. Thanks be to God. Praise to You Lord Jesus Christ. Now and Forever Time comes and passes by like a wink of an eye. I Pray we should be wiser at an older age. Praying the Rosary to Keep Christ in Christmas. I quit my job at the Workforce to resign and to retire immediately on 30/10/2024 after working for 54 years in Canada ( in Public Accounting, Price WaterHouse LLP, Auditor, Audit Reviewer, Business Audit of Capital Surplus and Undistributed Income On hand ( 1981 ) and Appeals Officer at CRA, Government of Canada ) when I realized that Life is short. If I knew myself; I would have left a long time ago. The Commission and the Prime Minister sent me the gifts of the 50 years of Service signed Certificate with a beautiful Lovely Pearls Necklace upon my return from Rome Italy on 10/12/2024. I will attend Mont Tremblant Quebec for a rest and to relax with my drinking buddies who used to be at work for my retirement celebration.. From 15/01/2025 onwards, I should be home for the Chinese New Year on 29/01/2025 Please Pray for All at this difficult and suffering times of the troubled world. Thank you very much.
