It actually gave birth to two or three series, like Hitman, Alinsky's Gun, that FPS that culminated in hell fighting cyborg skeletons. While I think that Steam wheel can semi-replicate it, you'll never get those odd, earnest games trying to be "rad" again. Just endless hipster trash and genuinely broken games drowning out all the "entertainingly flawed" games.
