It’s fine if she recite the Quran wearing such head over privately but she or her team decided to put it on social media therefore it’s best that she properly covered her head and neck as per etiquette of reciting the Quran to avoid fitnah etc..

It's different from Brunei and Malaysia wedding. It cannot compare this two? Most popular wedding in Brunei. We respect that wedding specially in the Philippines. But Malaysia royal they took our oil Sabbah. So they are thief for us, we don't respect the royal thru orange of Malaysia.
