These are non-reigning royals, or pretenders as they are technically called. They do not have the trappings of the state at their disposal. I think that you should probably look at some other reigning houses like the Danes or Swedes and then see how they compare to the British... For me, who likes all the royals...My favorite wedding is the Danish royal wedding of Crown Prince Frederick and Mary Donaldson, certainly smaller than the British royal wedding but wonderful just the same.

it is only the Greek royal familie who have no country. The Queen of Denmark still sign every law made in Denmark . and believe me we LOVE ouer royal familie in Denmark over 80% behind them that is a high %. They do a lot of good I can recoment you to read about Crownprincess marys work.

They come from Denmark it has belonget to the Queen Ingrid of Denmark the Princess g Mormor Grandmother so the veil it is over 100 years old and made by Irish nuns All Ingrids 3 daugthers and there daugthers have vorn the veil also the Danish crownprincess wore it that was a complete suprice.

The Greek state had to pay the King back for al the things it stole from the familie back then, they had to leave everything behind just a few suitcases that was al the got. a lot of jevelry and privet stoff .it was a real big amount of money it all came up to,if you had to flöee out of your country to sve your and your families lifes you would have done the same.

It is ouer history, ouer culture ,the Danish royal familie goes back over 1000 years .The Famlie live a desent life they represent denmark in such a great way.Queen Margrethe are known as a remarkelbel women woeldvide. her inteligence are well known and I can tel you when she do some of her artwork at a theatre she is just one of the staf she have prodused theatres and balets she do not get payed ,she have done so so much beside bieng a realy desent personand ouer Queen.over 80 % of the Danish people want it and the cost is realy nothing to talk about 15 kr each year per person.
