This is fantastic. I've been looking for a lace pattern to crochet that is easy and works up fast. I hit the jackpot with yours here. I also appreciate how you taught this, You took your time and it was easy to follow. I'm a retired teacher so I'd give you an A+ if you were doing this demo in one of my classes.

The shawl is gorgeous. I'm going to have to learn crescent shawls as think this would look beautiful in a crescent shape. Once again Craig, you have made a masterpiece.

I thought I'd commented before, but can't find it, so will again =) Thank you so much for this pattern, it's gorgeous. I adjusted it a bit (v-stitch in the beginning/end of each row, and a shell spine), and am now on my third shawl. It almost feels like it's crocheting itself, 'cause I can zone out with no issue. The first was following the pattern as you gave it here (using scrap yarn that I really don't like), the second was using my adjustments but not having enough to finish it with the lace edge I wanted (3.5mm hook and what I think was alpaca yarn, I've lost the labels), and the third one is using an unfortunately discontinued alpaca/silk lace weight with a 3.5mm hook. It is gorgeous, and so easy too!

Yay!!!!! Anxiously awaiting and I have been checking every day for this one! You are the best! I started watching you during the pandemic lockdown in 2020 and you taught me to crochet! I have made so many Of your shawl projects, only trouble is I never get to keep them, because my girl friends all fight over who gets them! LOL! This one I will be keeping for myself! (Hopefully 😂). Luv ya!
