February 21st 2020 I went to Cleveland to see The 69 Eyes, and these guys performed before them. No offense to The 69 Eyes at all, but by the time they took they stage I felt like the concert was over. Wednesday 13 absolutely rocked! They blew me away! I’ve been a fan ever since. I have seen Wednesday twice now. And ever since, I have never seen a vocalist say "Put your hands in the air" and every person in the venue puts their hand in the air. If he says jump, the whole crowd jumps. I go to alot of gigs, but never have I seen someone command a crowd like Wednesday does.

I've listened to maybe a dozen interviews from Wednesday, and some with Joey as well. Wednesday had said that his music became much darker in his last album (I'm not sure when that interview aired), than when he was in the Murderdolls. And holy sh*t!!!! Just listening to the first song gives a completely different feel, sound, and look (the band members look much different than they used to). I honestly think this band is misunderstood by people. I was confused about Wednesday, his and the band's intentions until I watched interviews. And now I know that the lyrics are all in fun, to give the audience a good time and a break from every day life. Wednesday is a jokester at heart, and he seems like a really cool guy, very chill in his interviews. If others are confused, and that's why there's so much hate, then check out the interviews of the band. It'll give a clear understanding of where the band is coming from. And to paraphrase Wednesday, if someone can relate to a song like Grave Robbing USA, then there are issues.

This band has gone through, at minimum, 3 full lineup changes. His "original" W13 guitarist in now playing bass for Rob Zombie, Acey, who was also in the Murderdolls, is now the Misfits' second guitarist, he had Jonny Chopps on drums at one point... He's never had a consistent lineup.

And this band also has more creative influences than members had before. before it was pretty much just wednesday. another reason why i really like this band, it's more cohesive in a sense, they're more a band. i know your comment was a year ago, but i wanted to share my thoughts :)

Also it's crazy how intertwined it all is when you look in what bands all the guys, that played with Wednesday at some point, were, Rob Zombie, Slipknot, Dope, Amen, Genitorturers, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Misfits, Static-X and the list probably goes on and on.

This set list sucked ass. I've seen him in NYC every tour for the past 5 years and the set lists were far better. Alot of these songs were just slow sludgy crap. It's like he was more worried about putting on a "show" than playing music.
