I think if they are gonna give her a boyfriend or love interest it should definitely be Xavier. Even before I found out Tyler was one of the main villains I still didn’t really feel the chemistry between them. Her and Xavier on the other hand ooze chemistry in my opinion. I’m fine with her never having a love interest because that would also match her character, but if they do it, I hope it’s him. Edit: And I really hope they don’t give into fan demand and put her with Enid. That would feel so forced, they haven’t been romantic at ALL during their scenes together, it would just come out of nowhere. They are much cuter and better as best friends.

I feel like neither Xavier or tyler had very compelling arcs with her. I think she had a more interesting arc with Enid opposites who learn to appreciate each other and then have a devastating falling out before reconciling and that hug in the final felt like something you'd see between two love interests. I'm interested to see what happens in the future.

I don't want her to be merely straight. I feel like ultra queer Wednesday Addams should be some variety of queer. But in the end I'm just interested to see where it goes. I care more about Wednesday as a character than I do about using her as fodder for shipping. I really feel like Wednesday is my difficult, strange, mildly sociopathic friend and I can only praise Jenna Ortega for giving such a stellar performance.

Personally I still don't trust Xavier. We still don't know why or how he was connected to the Hyde and right after he gifted Wednesday a new phone, a phone that no one but him knows the number to, she starts receiving threatening texts from a stalker. Who better for a stalker than a man who is clearly obsessed with Wednesday? People like to compare Xavier's devotion to Wednesday to Gomez's devotion to Morticia. But to me Xavier's affections feel very unstable. He's jealous and controlling. He tells her what to do and gets angry when she doesn't compel. I very much get the feeling that if the urge ever took him, he could kill her in a rage. Plus I'm still not convinced he isn't a Hyde. He does match the description far better than tyler. Not to mention who attacked tyler, if Tyler was the only Hyde?

Agh, what I wouldn't give to know that song she's playing during the painting scene. It's such a haunting, and melancholy melody. I love it to bits, and it makes that scene just etch itself deep into my brain. I love the brevity of the interaction and how you can feel the emotional weight of the scene, there's something about it that I dearly adore. Maybe it's the quiet shock you can read in Wednesday's expression; how you can see that she's mesmerized by the painting and yet doesn't know what to do with that, or perhaps it's the soft spoken, genuine sincerity you can sense from Xavier. I especially do like the part when she struggles to accept the emotions no doubt swirling in her mind, that she leaves, briskly; it's very relatable. Though, Xavier's forlorn expression after she leaves gets me very damn time. I just really love the both of them. My goodness, I don't quite know why I love them as a pair so much, but I find the ebb and flow of their interactions so entrancing. I'm always pulled in. I cannot wait for season 2.

You can tell she has emotion and she gets hurt and wants to have a cry but she won't let herself, even when she's alone and no one is around she'll still hide her true self and I think the way she expresses it is by playing music which is her hobby. And I think Xavier noticed that she was shocked by that and anxious. I could be getting that totally wrong but that's what I think because even if she hides it you can still see the emotion in her face, especially her eyes not that she doesn't blink or has her eye wide open and nerve wrecking the look into it's the actual eye it's self you can tell that she's hiding her emotions and doesn't like people hating on her sometimes bc of the things she's done but at the same does she does like it. When thing got stabbed you could tell how scared and upset she was, almost as upset as when her scorpion died

Spoiler alert if you haven't watched the entire show or the entire video When you know he's innocent you can see how many times she hurt him but he still pretty much sticked to her. But boy did they make him look suspicious so I'm not surprised Wednesday was cautious about him. By the time she found the "trophies" in his shed, though, she probably should've realized he'd been framed - why would he bring it in and leave it out in the open when he knew she made a habit of just walking in whenever she wanted? :D

Honestly,I was never suspicious of him at all ,just binged watched the show yesterday,and I was suspicious Of Tyler and that Teacher as soon as they were introduced (not kidding 💯 true ,I swear to God ) call it a girl's intuition but after like 3 episodes I labelled Tyler the monster ,with no evidence whatsoever 🤷 and The normie teacher looked suspicious throughout the whole show for me.
