@CrashBang30 depending on the rate of flow, you empty it 2/3 a day. It doesn't overflow because you don't actually lose as much blood as you think you do. I don't think tampons hold as much as we think. There is a knack to using one but, once you have got that, it doesn't leak and you barely feel it.
