The 4843 is actually a GP 38-2 It has the snowfighting equipment on it for when it was used with the plows. It is just doing it's summer job. Thanks for sharing this video!

@mtrails I was thinking of doing it myself actually ! Though the modified boxcar/sprayer would be a bit of work. At least the weathering would be easy ... all white pesticide residue !
