Joe Milton will be traded - PERIOD. Pluses: Size, athleticism, great arm, natural instincts to gain yardage with his legs. Negatives: Has difficulty processing schemes and reading defenses. (that's why he dropped to round six in the 2024 draft). Trade: Part of a fourth-round package with a mid-round team position.

Trade him. But enough with any idiots thinking NE is getting a first or second rounder. HOnestly a fourth would be realistic. So trade him to someone dumb enough to want him because of what he did against third string players who didn't care if they won or lost. Also, trade him so media morons and uneducated Pats fans start squealing in pre season that there is a QB battle and maybe we should trade Maye. Maye's rookie season was such a mess due to the garbage coaching him and surrounding him he deserves a do over and doesn't need idiots talking "maybe Milton is the guy" Trade him, and keep Brissette as a sold veteran back up which is what he's been his entire career.

Why in the world would you trade a talented Quarterback that is still on his rookie deal? To be honest, the coaching was such a sh*t show nobody really knows what both Maye and Milton could be. Keep them both and figure it out as time goes on. I'm old I remember back when the Patriots sucked all the time.

I've been a Pats fan a long time and Milton could turn out to be legit, but he could also be the next Michael Bishop and Rohan Davies, two nobody back ups idiot fans and media were saying could start in place of Bledsoe and I think Davies might have been in the Brady era. Even two seasons ago people were running their mouths about the kid(I can't recall his name) who was a former WR who ran for a TD in pre season and everyone was crying for to replace Jones and Zappe. People get obsessed with these kids after one showing and its tiresome. Get a pick, sign a proven vet for a back up and on the cheap and go from there

I wouldnt trade Milton unless were getting an absolute HAUL and even then i dont know if i would want to trade him !!! He could be better than Drake we honestly don't know an Maye has already proven hes not sturdy enough to play a whole season unfortunately!!🤷🤷

Maye is not gonna play every game next year. He seems kinda soft when it comes to concussions. Those were reg NFL hits and he's back in the tent? .wtf I'm not sure who's better Milton or Maye ? Milton's tape looks dam good just sayin

Milton has 5 years of tape in college. He was drafted in the 6th round. Maye didn’t play his senior year of high school and played 2 seasons at UNC. He was drafted 3rd overall. Maye outplayed Brissett in camp, Milton was on the scout team. If it was close, why did Brissett go in when Maye got hurt? This narrative that it’s close between Milton and Maye doesnt hold any water.

If he seems so "soft" why don't you go get hit by players like that and see how you do. Plus, It's concussion protocol every team in the NFL has to follow especially if their players get hit hard in the head as the NFL has been cracking down on concussions in order to prevent things like CTE. Saying he seems soft is an absolute insult, so if you think you're so tough, you go take hits like that
