WEEK 1: All our Secret Santa surprises from our first week

I love watching this from Sprague river, Oregon every year. This year was so much harder, and I wasnt emotionally able to watch this years shows until now. My family lost 6 family members from fathers day June 21, 2021 until Sept 21 of 2022. The father of my 6 children, a month later my father and April 3, 2022 one of my beautiful boys passed away. We also lost multiple cousins and my beloved niece. I have been a " secret santa" for 20 years to as many kids in our community as possible. I started quilting again the year before my son passed away. My biggest joy and passion has been making and giving away my quilts to friends, family and so many people I will never meet. I made 69 kids quilts and bought a toy or gift card for each child the christmas before last. This year I made 20" embroidered stockings for each child. The local church helps me every year by passing them out so I can remain anonymous with the kids. I love seeing the joy you bring to the people whom are blessed by " Secret santa". I know the joy it brings your Santa each year. Thank you guys for what you do, its so amazing and inspiring.

So true Christina. We can all help in small ways also.When I lived in a small town in Wyoming I used to collect clothes and shoes for a shelter in Salt Lake City and deliver them around December 1st . It wasn't big like Secret Santa but they really appreciated it.

For the past many years, I've gone around to homeless areas every Sunday up to Christmas giving the needy pet food to help them during this season. Homeless don't usually get help for their pets care, and I would really like to do more but I'm on limited income myself. I can see the love these people have for their pets and I'm glad to be able to do something. In remembering our four-legged friends we also affirm our humanity.

My boyfriend Rick and I would watch you every year for a few years with a greatful heart that we could see the smiles on the faces year after year. and no matter our circumstances we were glad to see them the next year you were on. I’m in SW Idaho. I watch these and they make me feel better about the world and my own life. Secret Santa is amazing, I wish I could do the same thing for others! Ruth’s story had me in tears. I lost a young child to a rare cancer many years ago and it was honestly the most difficult thing to go through. I can’t imagine losing so many children (ALL OF THEM) and now her husband too. I can’t really even express how I feel, my heart really goes out to her. My heart goes out to everyone who is suffering and struggling. Secret Santa is a very special person. I have a friend who had quite a past. Was locked up in a basement as a child. She is a single mum who devoted her life to her 3 children. Worked in schools hospitals, security and works as a volunteer helping people. I know she doesn’t eat at times yet would give up anything for anyone. She’s an incredible person. What amazing is that she always has a smile. I help sometimes when I can with shopping when I visit. I wish they had something like this in the uk. Merry Xmas everyone ❤️

I love this secret Santa. So often, regular people need help, but they are never in need enough to get help from different programs, and they always fall through the cracks. This secret Santa knows that people take care of their own needs but that they sometimes fall on hard times and deserve a helping hand, and secret santa provides the help they need to get through the rough times. Absolutely beautiful, thank you, Secret Santa. If I ever get more than survival pay, I would like to do that for others as well. I love how thoughtful these gifts are - I love that they get gift cards, for example, to Home Depot so that they can pick their own lawn mower. I also LOVE AND APPRECIATE that the gifted cars are fully paid off, including taxes. Truly no added burden - BEST SERIES ON KZbin!
