Hi Pamela. Now if I just had someone who could inspire me. lol I use to be so much better at going out everyday. Rain, shine, even winter. I need to work at getting better about this too.

New subscriber here. Based on your thumbnail photo, I thought you were at a dialysis center. I'm glad thats not the case! However, it would be interesting to hear from dialysis patients who are eating carnivore. Thank you for donating blood! My husband and I are back on carnivore after falling of the rails for a rew months. 10 days in, and I've lost 6 lbs so far.

First, thanks for subscribing. I am a big believer in donating blood. At first, years ago, I only donated whole blood, which you can only do every other month. But then I discovered platelet donations, which can be done every other week. It takes longer, but you get to help a whole lot more people. In the process of doing this, I discovered, I wasn't just helping others, but that there was a huge health benefit for me as well. Who knew. It sounds like you and your husband are doing great with carnivore. Keep leaving comments and let us know how it's going.

I'm getting ready to start this (have been for a while). My first thought for you is, too much sodium. Use low sodium bacon, don't add any to the eggs as they already have 100mg each

Hey Eddy, We can do this. As for the salt, I don't know, everybody I've heard talking about carnivore all seem to use a lot of salt. I think it helps with the hydration.

@@RalphKnowsCarnivore Best indicator is redness around the ankles, that then moves up. Edema comes next. Sodium is a big player in that for larger men like us.
