Week 1 with OFD Academy 02

Week 1 is done for the 11 recruits of Academy 02. They learned some good lessons in leadership, accountability and what it's going to take to become an Ontario Fireman.

The professional fire service is a paramilitary organization so we take elements from the military that best suit our needs and methods of instruction.
