Even if it’s true that he wasn’t directly murdered, which is unclear for now, the unjust imprisonment of Navalny in extremely harsh conditions without much care has very likely accelerated his natural health issues. It is likely that Russian authorities just tolerated his demise in his work camp, they for sure knew about certain issues and blood clot is not uncureable nor very likely to start in an otherwise healthy body. Russias current regime to some extend was absolutely involved in Navalnys death, only to what extend can not be said, either through straight forward killing him or just the treatment in his confinement.

Also, leaked transcripts showed Putin and his Generals predicting that they could take Kyiv in three days. In any event, looking at the initial axis and pace of the Russian advance, it's clear that a three day march was their intent
