9-5 uses 2 level 60 World tarots (and a level 1 World tarot). TP may be close in this map. Mutation is bad (50% reduced piercing damage) so it may be better to just brute force it. Outlaw Archer needs to take a hit, so maybe extra gear on him. I noticed that Outlaw Archer does get a No Healing debuff on some of these maps (9-4 and 9-5). Hopefully it doesn't change them much.

Why at time 7:40 and 12:08 do enemies heal 0? :(

This is where Outlaw Archer got the No Healing debuff on the enemy. I was hoping it wouldn't affect the run too much (at least with one of my 9-5 tries it seemed to work the same) but perhaps not.
