Hi, I would just like to say how much I have enjoyed each and every one of your videos and updates. My son is an engineer who took a leave of absence from his job and is a SOBO who started the AT on June 26th. We heard from him this morning as he had just arrived in Gotham, NH. When he first told us his plans, I really knew nothing about the AT. So instead of being concerned about his solo AT journey, I began to learn about it on the internet. This has been so interesting and I have become such an AT fan. I have read people's blogs and have been following their adventures on KZbin. Love yours the best. I have subscribed to your channel and now look forward to when I hear the bell on my IPad that there's a new one up. I love your positive attitude and you have provided so much great info about the trail. I have taken notes to relay to Michael (not sure of his trail name yet). Love the pics of nature that show up on your updates🦋🌿🌲🌾 He will be doing the Whites this week. I have learned the AT lingo too. It's so great to hear the stories of the Trail Magic and the Trail Angels! Would love to know how you manage your life and expenses at home while on the trail? Bills, pets, etc. I leave for just a week and it's tough to escape, lol. So happy of all your progress. I just hiked a section and have a new appreciation of what it takes, it's tough!

Good day to you both. So my next question is on the overall condition of your feet. In earlier videos you mentioned not really getting blisters and your feet doing pretty well. Since you have both replaced your shoes have there been any issues? Have you had/or will you need to go up in size of your shoes? Thanks. Loving your journey!!!

Question for your next wrap up. People ask how long to get your trail legs but never heard how long it takes to develop "hiker hobble". What was your experience?

Sorry the heat has been so bad. 121 heat indices here this week. My silly question is.. how crazy is it to go from comfy hotel life back to the trail? Second...have been married going on 20 years have you got on each others nerves?

+Lynda Webster it's not too challenging to go from comfort back to the trail usually. If it is raining it can be tough for us to pull ourselves away though. Sure we get on each other's nerves. We know each other well enough to know when the other needs space and we just walk alone for awhile or put the earbuds in.
