Week 2 T for Trevor, less than 2 months before Aletheia's E starts

A week in on T, not much to report. A few changes but nothing extreme.

Eeeek!!! Trevor, Don't use the most strongest bands!! You'll get sore and discouraged! Work your way up to the strongest, by building up your muscle strength first! I did that one time, and I was so sore, I couldn't even reach my own head to shampoo my hair! 🤣 It looked quit comical, but that discourages further workouts! Great work guys! ♥️
