Watching this game taught me that: 1) Air Force has a decent team this year, especially their secondary 2) Colorado generates big plays but takes a lot of risks with the throws in converage 3) Colorado's defensive line looked almost the same size as Air Forces O line, which is not a good thing.

The academies offset talent with heart and determination sometimes. They never quit, 4 quarters....not one second less. From a Notre Dame alum who has to deal with Navy EVERY YEAR...the option sucks to play. Just ask Michigan.

The true option run game is devastating! If any of the top teams used it they’d dominate. As a Nebraska fan, it was what made Nebraska great. Also, the best Colorado teams ran a nasty option as well. Too tough to defend especially with the play action mixed in!

Oh stop, it isn't like it was Kent State or Rice that beat them. Air Force goes 8-9+ wins and bowl games nearly every year. Air Force went 11-2 in 2019 and beat Washington State in the Cheez-It bowl.

Have you been watching the Buff-Fail-O's for the last 15 years? that's all they do. While the Buffs would occasionally stumble against CSU for example, Air Force practically owned the Rams the last 12 years.
