RBs on great offenses would be best stashes, Chase Brown is a decent stash, Steele is a slightly better option right now but they are looking at adding Kareem Hunt and Perine is going to get more play so not super exciting

The KC running back to target in the short term is Perine, if available, not Steele. Perine has experience and success as a three down back in Cincy. Very little chance they give Steele much more than his current role. Hunt could of course change things, but I’d pursue Perine if you need immediate help.

On Steele -> he seems like a TD or bust type of RB, so maybe in a Standard League but not interested in PPR. He's more of a bruiser than a shifty/nimble runner, which I think limits his usage too much to waste FAAB. I think B Allen (NYJ) is a lot more appealing.
