Week 4 - East coast to home

Well, after 4 weeks, we made it home! And for those that watched the tracking, yes... we even fit in a little climb to Mt Terrible! Everyone had a blast.... as far as I know.

Unreal adventure mate can’t wait for the videos , I’m jelous I only get about 3000km out of a rear motoz adventure 😂. I run the mosko gear and love it but did make some platforms for the side bags to bolt to to stop the bouncing you are talking about , stopped tearing the straps after I did that . If your ever in Sydney happy yo show you some of our tracks .

Great to see all went well. I am doing a similar trip on the Motoz Adventure/dualventure so I'm glad they held up that well. We're doing about 12-23,000km in August. Main difference is that they change language, currency and religion every other km over here so hard to keep track. :)

i use kriega saddle bags with the same sort of single mounting strap at the bottom. no issues so far but what i did for the simpson was used some reusable cable ties to secure them to bike just one per bag at the back so they can't go forward. worked well easy to undo.

Be careful when you order. Don't order the tubed version, its way more aggressive than the tubeless that Nerb has. I got sucked in by ordering online and the images and details for the tubed version was a copy/paste of the tubeless. Im in the process of rectifying the situation. 😔

@@jethrowingnut13 Thanks for that but too late. I naturally thought the two would be the same as well. Got the Tubed on my AT with HD tubes, might suit my type of riding anyhow. See how it goes. Cheers

@@WagsOutback Yeah, I like the look of the tubed one, but I live about an hour from the dirt with good twisties in between, so I don't think I'd enjoy these as much on the twisties, especially wet asphalt . Have fun on them. 👍
