Amazing job!!! I walk 5-6 days a week for an hour and treadmill or trampoline in the evening at least 3-4 days. I am down 10 lbs down as well. I've eaten a few hot tamales here and there, however try to eat clean. Congratulations!!!!

Hey, new subscriber! 👋🏽 I’ve been on a weightloss journey foreverrrr, and I love that I’ve found your journey because I recently brought a walking pad for home and omg, game changer I also have a dog so any steps I don’t finish outdoors I finish on my walking pad at home ( highly recommend) walking is so underrated for weightloss you don’t have to kill yourself in the gym, walking really is one of the best ways to lose weight, i was doing 10k a day but now since watching you I’m upping to 15k🤪, I feel great when I walk and it doesn’t even feel like I’m working out, well done on your first month and just know your not alone on this journey! 💪🏽xx

I’m definitely going to join everyone. Completely sedentary with a mainly work from home job… so i might get 2-3k a day. I’m going to start with just 6k and increase each week… starting TODAY bc your video got me off my butt. 😂❤

I work from to, just started today. I force myself to get up every 10-20 minutes and walk all around my apartment. Then I started playing all my favorite songs while pacing in the living room/kitchen and by time I looked at my Fitbit, I had already completed over 6,000 steps within 3hrs

I'm doing 13,000 steps minimum for the past 90 days and yeesh it's a lot but we all gotta start somewhere. As for strength training I use Mr. And Mrs. Muscle on KZbin. Keep up the good work

Saw your videos about walking 15,000 steps a day for a month and I’ve been along for the ride with your weekly updates! I’m hitting my one week mark on October 20,2024 and i am already down a couple pounds! Went from 248.4lbs on Monday, October 14,2024 and today (Saturday,October 19,202;) i am 244.4lbs! 🥰 Most definitely gonna do my best to keep this up! 😊 Along with 15K steps, I’ve been eating in a caloric deficit and drinking lots of water! 🎉 (I can wait to see my 1 month of 15,000 steps a day results!)

I WFH as well. I use my breaks to help me with my steps. Get Fit w/Rick have a few 13-18 mins videos where you can get 2000-3000 steps in.

I started walking 14 days ago while looking my food. I didn’t lose weight but I’ve been able to wear pants I couldn’t close 😍. I found one of your video and it was such an inspiration that I saved it as a podcast for when I’m walking ☺️. Keep going, you’re such an inspiration and I love your vibe ☺️. I live in the Midwest and winter is coming, so I'm going to keep up my outdoor walks as long as I can. Walking outside in sunshine and fresh air (especially first thing in the morning), just does something extra for me. Also, as a chronic insomniac, I recently made sleep a huge priority for me. Even before I decided to start working out and eating better. In fact, I think getting some good, consistent sleep, for the first time in too long, actually pulled me out of my brain fog and gave me the motivation to make other positive life changes.

im thinking about getting a walking pad for the winter. I live in LA, so it doesn’t get too cold but we do have a rainy season. but you’re right nothing beats getting outside 🥲 & felt. i literally cannot function if im not getting enough sleep. i’m glad you’re taking care of yourself 🤍

Walking doesn't get heart rate up enough to burn alot calories. It was probably the diet change

yesterday i burned 930 calories on my walk, and i had bbq chicken wings and fries for dinner lol. still 10 pounds down and counting🫶🏾 while i acknowledge diet is absolutely necessary, the more i walk - i literally feel compelled to eat better! ill never ever downplay walking or exercise in my journey 🤍

You’re wrong. Watch all the videos about NEAT. The more you move, the more your burn calories. You don’t need to have your heart rate up to burn calories. You just need to move.

Do your research on walking. It burns more FAT than running or biking. Less cortisol spike too than other high intense workouts
