I love that "non desire" for certain foods. the tool (esp in the beginning) gives you the needed edge. kudos to you great job! Love you also Laura you are the best!

Hi Laura~ Love your attitude regarding your journey!~ Congrats on your weight loss! Goodness.. I wish I were not able to smell food :) LOL.. The food experience has always been part of my travel experience.. now I make sure to pack WL friendly snacks.. and it helps to curve the thoughts.. most of the time ;)..~ Also, thanks for the tip on the book. I read "When food is love" years ago.. forgot the authors name.. but I just ordered another one. Thank you~ Keep up the great hard work! oxo

Hola Laura, I know what you mean about the lack of 'food interest', I have it and I like it! It's always good to see you and I'm so happy to see how well you are doing. If I can make a suggestion, if you hold your phone horizontally you will get rid of the black areas. Besos, Monica

It is good to see a video from you. 24 pounds is great. I love the story about you not even smelling the fast food. I love all your nsv's. I think it is great you are reading so many books. I find it fasinating to read about the different food philosophies and advice. I did it a lot before surgery but haven't read much since surgery. I will revist some of my favorites and talk about them when i do.

HelloVsg2016 Oh do! I like the idea of taking what works for our individual situations. It's like a smorgasbord of knowledge!

It really seems like you're in the right headspace. I can relate to what you talked about, I do think about and want food, but when others eat what I can't/won't eat, I really don't feel phased unlike before. I still like to eat but I really don't feel deprived like I once would have. 24 pounds is impressive, you're doing so well!
