This week On the Road to Emmaus, Bishop Earl Boyea of Lansing meditates upon the reception of Communion at Holy Mass plus he challenges us to better prepare for that sacred moment by going to the Sacrament of Confession plus Bishop Boyea introduces a special bonus film featuring the founder of Domino's Pizza and beloved son of the Diocese of Lansing, Tom Monaghan, on why he goes to Daily Mass as part of his pursuit of personal holiness. I have been a sponge soaking up the teachings, prayers, etc. I have a tremendous respect for Bishop Boyea and feel like I know him. He is a brilliant & fun teacher! I thank him for being with us on this journey. Most importantly, I have a deeper understanding and love for God, and His Catholic Church. Blessings to all ❤

Many years ago, I read Tom Monaghan’s statement that he lived in a continuous state of sanctifying grace. At that time, I thought that he was being arrogant. This video brought my thoughts from back then to mind today. How wrong I was; thank you God for Tom Monaghan!!!
