Week 6 of the archery season is the period leading up to peak breeding, and is always a good time to be on stand.

Great show Tom. You really have patience by passing that buck, not many would, including me. Keep up the great work.

Thank you for the comment. That's a special deer, one I hope Amy or Lily get a chance at, and if not, I look forward to hunting him next year.

Best video I’ve ever seen from a do-it-yourself filming and narrating. Shamefully when I was very young I took a shot through similar stickers and arrow deflected low and cut the buck and survived. Lesson learned.

Thank you for your thoughts. I don't think there is a hunter any where that if they were honest, wouldn't like to have a moment or shot back. I've learned to try and just slow things down best I can, enjoy the moment, and try (although it is very hard) not to only worry about getting off a shot. When the pressure is off, the hunt is much more enjoyable.

Great job as usual Tom! Great looking bucks! What type of camera do you use? That was awesome!

Thank you. It is a Vixia HFG 50 I believe. Canon. Still trying to learn it. Never claimed or wanted to become a professional videographer... But I'm trying.
