Really enjoyed your pantry tour.... you have some gaps for sure, but you still have a lot of food on your shelves... I'm sure you'll complete the challenge no problem! Is there anything you are completely out of that you're really missing? I did a Low spend January and saved £200 on what I'd normally spend ( about $270 i think). My pantry got pretty bare so have had to restock but I hardly made a dent in the meat in our freezer so I am now doing a Zero spend on meat in February and it's going well... we're using up lots of random things & I'll definitely save money again this month. Thank You to you and all the others doing this challenge for giving us inspiration and ideas.

No we arent even close to out of staples which is awesome because we really want a 6mo - 1year pantry and this challenge is really showing us where we need to bulk up and where we are completely overstocked.

That is crazy septic tank with no drain field. I have a septic tank with a drain field I just had my septic tank drained it was $400 I have lived here 6 years the guy that cleaned our septic out said he could tell by looking at our septic that it had never been cleaned since the house was built 25 years ago the thing is the people that lived here before was a couple with no kids so we moved in with a family of 6 filled the tank up so we ate going to clean ours out every 5 years.

Our wentc35 years with a family of 4 our guy said it looked great. He said he could tell we weren't putting our waste paper in it.

you would swear all we eat is cowboy candy and hot sauce i did a lot this year cause we run out last year we are almost out again this year i swear someones stealing it hahaha how did we go thru it all
