3 pounds is great. Continue to make short time goals instead of looking at the big picture. That really helps me get to goal.

Please don't hate me for saying this, but you are absolutely beautiful with a fuller face. You can do this and get back to goal. Good luck! I'm also trying to do WW PP plan. I always liked their old plan, but like you, I eat too many carbs. I feel the PP forces me to make healthier choices.

Bravo! that must make you feel better!! Keep up the good work but gradual is better and balanced meals. You'll feel better in the end and keep your weight off.
