Those meals looked great. Not had cheesy leeks for ages, its made me want to make them again. Can tell which 2 is your roast dinner with the mint sauce!! O like mint sauce as well I don't drink tea or coffee so for a hot drink I like oxos, all the flavours, but if I drink the lamb or chicken 1 I put mint sauce in it. People think I'm strange but it's lovely. On a shepherds/cottage pie I sometimes do a different top like you did, i like to use potatoes, carrots, parsnips, swede mixed together so it's like a root veg mash topping, it's delicious. Aww thank you that's so nice to hear! Curtis absolutely loved the lamb, well we all did but he tried to add extra bits to it and I said no no I have a friend who has said to cook it like this so we have to try it and he was so impressed!xx

Thank you so much. It was a leg of lamb but my husband got half a lamb from somebody he did some work from for £65 so it was quite good value usually I don't buy it either or beef that's always expensive x

What does Lilac have now, does she have shop bought baby food or a mix of your meals and baby food, I used to freeze suitable food in I've cube trays, but sometimes my boys had baby food

Hi Pat, she has baby porridge in the mornings, at lunch she has either a mashed banana or a fruit pot and dinner I've been giving her a different flavoured porridge to breakfast currently. I do need to start blending our dinners for her. She goes to bed at 5.30 though and sleeps until 6 sometimes she wakes once so she isnt always around for our dinners but I could freeze them you're right

@@OrdinaryEnglishMum all babies are different, some more ready than others, my eldest boy was 6 months before I started weaning, he was 8 months before he had blended dinners, my other son started weaning at 4 months.He was constantly hungry and my milk wasn't enough. Lilac looks healthy so she is obviously getting what she needs, you could puree some veg from your dinners and try her the following lunch time when you think she is ready. By the way your meals look lovely, my boys would never have eaten quite as much variety as your meals.
