Come with me on a 7 day trip to Costa Rica! We drive from San Jose to La Fortuna, then to Manuel Antonio and back to San Jose. Between hiking to waterfalls and monkey watching, we eat a ton of typical and local dishes in Costa Rica. This includes several casado plates with beans, rice, and some type of meat like grilled fish, chicken, or pork.
