Hey there 22 years c5-7 quad here. Glad to see you out doing so many different things. If I could give one piece of advice it would be to take care of your shoulders. You are going to put a lot of wear and tear on the joints.

You guys know you can deal with anything that comes your way now! Oh Mak, you are absolutely amazing! Idaho looks so beautiful - I Love Mountains and Water (I am from Germany). What you did - with the adaptive mountain bike and the cliff diving - unbelievable! I am so glad all of you got to experience all of that. And to me it’s amazing to have a group of people with different abilities to move together to a better life. When you make amazing experiences and getting stronger with the mind and the physical body. It gives me more hope that there is more out there than being at home in a wheelchair in a world of pain. I just got back from a 5 week stay in Hailey, Idaho. Born and raised there and even learned how to swim in the lakes in the Sawtooth Mountains. I'm so happy you're enjoying yourself! It looks like your riding near my sister's house where I was. We even passed by that mountain biking gathering on our way camping.

Your trip & group looks amazing! So happy you got the opportunity with ATF. What they do both physically and for mental health through their programs, as you said, life changing. You didn't stop smiling. They don't have a dealer in the US yet but look up Trekinetic wheelchairs from the Uk, the electric GTE would be perfect for you to adventure & your independence. I've been housebound for the last 7 years as my wheelchair broke & had problems financing a new one, I'm very blessed & finally have one on order. Lightweight, can fit in a regular car, not big and bulky like other power chairs and can go over any terrain, yes ANY terrain. It's been on my dream list for a decade & this autumn I will regain a level of independence that's been years lost. Pottery Barn just launched an accessible furniture line too, finally modern nice furniture that meets needs of disabled.
