Omg i get the worst migraines. I ended up in the urgent care one time . One thing that works really good is excedrin extra strength. Right now for some reason you cant find it anywhere because they cant keep up with the demand. But the walmart equivalent works just as well. Take 2 and get one of those face mask with the little jelly balls that you put in the freezer or fridge and put that on and take a lil nap and you’ll wake up brand new.

Great video!! Just a recommendation, breaks from contacts in-between helps. A couple of sips of coke, Dr. Pepper or Pepsi (caffeine) helps alleviate the migraine if you do not want to take meds all the time. Love the charcuterie tray!!

Fresh Theory yes I always take breaks from wearing them daily. I basically only wear them when I’m filming or leave the house (and i basically spend more days home...especially now) I think I just needed to change them bc they stopped bothering me. Thank you though migraines are the worst 😩
