For my thumbnails I just use a picture of the doll in the video and add text on one side and graphics down below. Pretty simple but it makes my thumbnails recognizable (especially since no one shows their face in my niche)

My friend, since you speak English well, create videos about cultures, traditions and types of cooking to attract the channel to many viewers, especially if you translate it into Arabic, or create another channel for Arab viewers, because I know many Western KZbinrs who have become very famous through Translate their videos into Arabic, if you need help or some ideas you are welcome, good luck♡´･ᴗ･`♡
